story,
The Royal University of London is located in Belgravia, London, one of the richest postcodes in both London and England. It was founded in 1900 by Lady Emily Armitage and Sir Edmund Kent. Originally, it specialised in Science and Literature, but in 1956 developed it's curriculum to include Performing Arts. The school is now ran by Dean Kershaw, and the heads of each department.
R.U.L has one of the lowest acceptance rates in the UK, meaning it is exceptionally hard to get onto a course here. If you do, you are almost guaranteed to leave with at least a first degree in your chosen subject. The establishment offers the best possible education and out-of-class help to all of it's students, boasting a strong student aid network and award-winning facilities. If you have been accepted here, you are destined to do great things.
But with these incredible minds, come incredible egos. Some of the most narcissistic, egotistical people reside here. Snobbery and competition are the orders of the day, and the students have a habit of being very fickle and suspicious. Some of the more extreme students will try anything to ensure a 100% success, from bribing their tutors to sleeping with other students to trade papers. It can get pretty corrupted amidst all of the pressure to excel, and of course, a few do manage to keep their heads down and leave relatively unscathed. Like your chances? Well come on and apply, it can't hurt...
