basics,
- full name; Brooklyn Avennli D'Alessio
- nickname(s); Brooke
- year; Sophomore
- age; 20
aesthetics,
- play by Leighton Meester
- tattoo(s); N/A
- height; 5'5"
- weight; 120 lbs
cognition,
- personality; She can be vain, selfish, and ridiculously headstrong. So why do so many people gravitate toward her? Why do many men and many young girls practically worship her? Brooke Avennli D'Alessio is very far from being a beauty, but somehow she is always one of the girls that everybody seems to flock to. She has an irresistible charm about her that seems to draw men and women of all ages to her. With her witty comments and tinkling laugh, Brooke keeps up a fast-paced conversation that astonishes some and annoys others. Her mother is often embarrassed of her daughter's big mouth and blunt honesty. Brooklyn is very loyal and protective of the people she loves. If you mess with her family or her close friends, you will see a side of this teenager that you don't want to see. When she feels it's necessary, Brooke can go from sweet to crazy psycho bitch in about a second.
To be sure, Brooke is too intelligent for her own good. She has a shrewd and cynical mind, and she can always see the right path to take for herself, that will raise her social status and bring her nearer to what she wants. It is very true that Brooke is one of the most stubborn women you will ever meet. She rarely fails to get what she wants, which causes many to frown upon her and mutter words such as "stuck up" and "spoiled." But really, Brooke has a good heart and a generous nature that will become quite apparent the more you get to know her. When you first meet Brooke, you may get the uncomfortable feeling that she is x-raying you. Miss D'Alessio is extremely observant, and she likes reading people, trying to figure out their personalities and their motives.
As mentioned before, she is a social whirlwind. She has broken more than a few hearts, and has a few friends that are quite disposable to her. There are some that practically worship her, and she knows it, so she often uses them in her plots to get her way. She has one or two close girlfriends that she tells things to, but nobody knows everything about Brooke. In fact, she feels like nobody understands her at all, but isn't that what every teenager things? Perhaps it is the slight air of mystery about her that makes her so enticing as well. As would be expected, Brooke is extremely ambitious. She has high expectations for her life, even if she doesn't exactly know what they are yet.

filing,
- history; Miss D'Alessio was born in New York City. The Big Apple is her home, through and through. The time of her birth, seventeen years ago, was a time of pure bliss for her young and beautiful parents, as they'd only just gotten married and were basking in that wonderful glow that only newlyweds and couples newly in love can really feel. Elliott and Anita D'Alessio were practically a celebrity couple from the moment they started dating. Elliott was a man of politics, a smart man that many people looked up to and turned to for advice. Not to mention he was more strikingly handsome than was fair to go along with those brains. It was a splendid twist that he married the poor and unknown Anita Hennings. Anita was a sweet, blond young lady who worked as a waitress. The public of NYC reveled in the unexpected and almost forbidden romance.
Brooke was born in a beautiful white house almost considered on the outskirts of the city. Tall and white, with almost medieval-looking spires, it was her own personal castle. Thanks to the wealth of their family, the D'Alessio had several acres even in the sprawling metropolitan area, with rolling green lawns and a courtyard at the back of their house. It was even complete with a small stable and three fine, expensive horses. Brooke was treated like a little princess, waited on hand and foot and taught by professional private tutors. It didn't help that she was an only child. She always excelled in english and other languages, but wasn't one for math and science. But Brooklyn was never one to have her head in the clouds. The D'Alessio family decided they wanted a change of scene when Indiana was thirteen, so they decided to move England, and bought a beautiful mansion house very similar to their home back in the states.
To this day, the D'Alessio family lives in that house, and they have plenty of staff keeping it in fantastic condition. Although the D'Alessio family was always in the spotlight in New York City, in York they aren't nearly as well known. Surprisingly, it suits the family just fine. The D'Alessios are socialites, and they love parties, but it was too exhausting always being the ones to host them and having to entertain admiring guests. Now they are simply a few more wealthy citizens, not special in any way.

- role play sample; While Cordillia glared in their direction, the middle school aged girls chattered annoyingly in that way that only girls their age can do. Luckily for Cordillia, they wandered to the back of the store to look at flip-flops or something and her co-workers were forced to abandon their conversation and boredly inquire as to whether they needed any help. But surprise of surprises, the pre-pubescent girls began asking opinions of the cashiers, and within two minutes the whole freaking herd of them were giggling together. Well great, they deserved each other. "Glad to see you're having a good time," Cordillia called over to her co-workers in an icy voice, pointedly holding up possibly the eightieth pair of jeans she had folded that day. Their smiles faded and they sulkily began rearranging some of the dresses. It was completely unnecessary, but hey, she would take what she could get out of those slackers. If it wasn't completely beneath her, she would would think about talking to the managers about those two. But it didn't matter. If she had it her way, she wouldn't be working at Abercrombie & Fitch much longer if she could help it. Being a cashier wasn't exactly her dream job, but she hated her parents paying for her rent, and it paid the bills for now.
A voice close to her side surprised Cordillia, and she looked to her right to see a very good looking young man smiling down at her. A young man that she actually knew, although not too well. They'd met at a night club, oh, maybe a couple months ago, and at that time he'd been the most interesting person in there by a long shot. Cordillia prized individuality and free thinking, and Mathison seemed to possess both of those wonderful characteristics. They were a lot alike in a way. They liked their partying, they really liked those of the opposite sex, and well, they both had no trouble attracting them. His words amused her, and she raised her eyebrows. "You really want to help me fold clothes?" Considering it was the last thing in the world she would want to do, she figured he must be pretty desperate for something to do. "Well, if you say so," she pointed to the heap behind her, "be my guest." She grinned at him, strangely glad that he was there to break the monotony, although why he was at the mall in the first place was a mystery to her. He didn't seem like the mall-cruising type, if you know what I mean.
Cordillia had never been one to wander aimlessly around the mall with a giggling group of friends. That was for the desperate in many senses. The girls desperate for a life, for a boy, maybe just desperate for some new clothes. As wealthy as her family was, Cordillia's clothes never came from the mall. Most of them were custom made for her and still were to this day. Fashion was never an issue for Cordillia. And the mall didn't really symbolize fashion to her. Even if there was the occasional good find, there was a good chance that somebody else would be buying it too and probably wearing it on the same day. In fact, it rather embarrassed her that she was working at the mall now. Technically, she didn't need to have a job. Her mother didn't see the use of having a job if you didn't need to work, and her father frankly just didn't care. So why did Cordillia have a job? Well, didn't every child need to be free of their parents someday, in one form or another? You could see she was declaring her independence. Ha.
"So, Mathison," she said, moving on from jeans to put countless copies of the same shirt on hangers, "It is Mathison, right? How's your life?" She was genuinely interested. There were too many people in this town that you could easily know everything about after half an hour of hanging out with them, mostly because they didn't have much depth. But this guy had some layers to him, and Cordillia wasn't afraid of doing a little digging. She wondered what he was thinking about her. Did he think she was worth talking to, or just hot? Well whatever, she could deal with either one. Cordillia was one of those people who could bounce back from almost anything. She didn't get attached to guys, not usually. It was too complicated if you really started caring about them, because far too often they didn't feel the same way. So for the time being Cordillia was content with where she was. She was having fun with Heath. He was good company and he was certainly good looking. She really did have feelings for him, maybe too much. It made her uncomfortable to get too emotionally close to people who could so easily twist your life apart. Men, in other words.
