All staff members have the power to accept characters, Mods cannot change member groups or custom titles, but if you accept someone, please notify an admin, so we can change their title.
accepting characters,- Check that the characters have followed the rules with their application.
- If their application is of a good standard, their paragraphs don't only span four lines down and they have followed the rules. Then use this template to reply. It needs tweaking for each member.

- Lock their thread and move it into the university database.
- Change their member group and custom title. The custom titles should be in size one and tahoma font. Their custom titles should list their major (e.g. 'Literature Major')
