homes,
If you receive a PM asking for a house, use the form to make the board. The board must be a sub-board in 'homes,' it should be placed below any existing sub-boards, and named character(s) last name(s) residence,. The board information should just be the form (i.e. address,44 Imaginary Street, Belgravia residents,Mimi Baxter, Sam Cobaine house type,Bungalow)
All houses should be located in London, if they are not, please PM the member back asking them to change it. Students are permitted to live together, only one student living there needs to make an application.
accommodation,
The accommodation is organised by year. Each room holds two males and two females. The dorm numbers are made up of a letter (F for freshman, Sp for sophmore, J for junior or Sn for senior) and a number (1 is the first dorm, 2 is the second etc). The board description should just be the form (i.e. residents,Mimi Baxter, Sam Cobaine, Brookelle Locke and Ewan Emmrate.)
The dorms should be filled up in order, so if you get a PM off a freshman asking for a dorm. That dorm still has three free spaces. If you get another freshman asking for a dorm, you would put them in that dorm and so on until it was full. You should consider the genders as well, if the first dorm has two females, it can hold no more females, and so you must make a new dorm for any new female applications you get.
All boards should be in-keeping with the style of the site, i.e. board names in lower case followed by a comma. Description wrapped in [blockquote][/blockquote]
